How much does Samparkk cost?
Samparkk costs ₹25,000 to set up, then a monthly fee for the lines and dashboard, plus ₹7 to ₹10 for each billable call. No billable call ever costs more than ₹10. A billable call is one the customer actually heard: connected for 10 seconds or more. Calls nobody answers, and pickups shorter than that, cost nothing. Prices exclude GST.
What is included in the setup fee?
The one-time ₹25,000 setup turns your existing calling script into an agent. It covers script authoring with you, tuning the voice and prompt on your real calls, two review cycles where every recording is listened to, CRM push configuration, and starting your TRAI DLT registration. You hear the agent on test calls before any lead is dialled.

Pay as you go suits a first month or an occasional list: one line completes about 200 connected calls a day, so a list of a few thousand contacts takes a week or two to work through. Pilot is cheaper from about 800 billable calls a month and adds a second line; Growth is cheaper from about 2,000, and its four lines complete roughly 800 connected calls in an eight-hour day at a typical 30% connect rate.

What counts as a billable call?
A billable call is one the customer actually heard: their phone answered and the call lasted 10 seconds or more. Ringing out, busy, switched off and failed attempts are free, and so is a pickup that ends in under 10 seconds, which on real lists is about one connected call in four. Roughly two out of every three dial attempts to a cold list go unanswered, so on a per-attempt basis Samparkk costs a fraction of its per-call rate. Whatever the plan, no billable call costs more than ₹10.
What add-ons are available?
- Extra calling line: ₹2,500 a month. Adds about 200 connected calls a day.
- Extra phone number: ₹1,000 a month, for a second brand or region.
- Inbound handling: ₹1,000 a month per number. The agent answers when a lead calls back and links the call to their record.
- AI lead qualification to CRM: ₹2 per billable call. A structured score, summary and next step written to your CRM after every call.
- Second script: ₹15,000 one time.
How is Samparkk billed?
Platform fees are billed monthly in advance. Usage is billed monthly in arrears against billable calls as logged by the telephony provider, with the duration on every call record. Included call blocks do not roll over. All prices exclude GST at the prevailing rate.

Is there a free trial?
No, but the setup includes test calls to your own number before any lead is dialled, and the Pilot plan is designed to prove one script in a month.
Can I cancel?
Plans are monthly. Cancel before the next billing date and no further platform fee is charged. Usage already incurred is billed in arrears.
Do unanswered calls cost anything?
No. Only calls where the lead's phone answers are billed.
Are Exotel or telephony charges extra?
No. Telephony, speech recognition, voice synthesis and the language model are all inside the per-connected-call rate.
