What can an AI calling agent be used for?

Any call that is one clear question and one clear next step. Samparkk runs service check-ins, lead qualification and follow-ups on live campaigns today, in Hindi and English, and the same agent takes a new script for the rest of the list below. Every call ends with a recording, a transcript, an outcome tag and, where the caller agreed, a booked callback for your team.

Which use cases are live today?

Live means the use case has run on real campaigns, reviewed call by call, and the fixes from those calls are in the field notes. Ready with a script means the agent, the outcome tags and the CRM push are all in place and the conversation is written with you in the first week of onboarding.

What does a service check-in call look like?

The agent introduces itself as your service desk, asks one question, and listens. A customer who says everything is fine is thanked and the call ends inside half a minute. A customer who has a complaint, or who has not heard from anyone in months, is asked when a dedicated executive should call, and that time goes on your worklist. The agent never pitches a product on a service call and never argues with a complaint.

This is the highest-volume use on Samparkk today. It works on a base of thousands because the call is short, polite and the same on the five-hundredth dial as the first.

How does lead qualification work on a call?

The agent asks whether the person is getting or wants one specific thing, and reads the answer for interest rather than for a yes. "बताओ" is interest. "Details WhatsApp कर दो" is a request for information. "पहले से executive है" means someone already handles them. Each lands as one of eleven outcome tags, and only the interested ones become a callback. With the AI qualification add-on, the transcript is scored and the result is pushed to your CRM as the call ends.

What makes a follow-up call different?

The person has already shown interest, so the whole call is about the time. Samparkk understands "परसों दोपहर", "Sunday के बाद कभी भी" and "ten thirty tomorrow", confirms the time once, and books it as a real slot on a real date. Your team starts the day with people who are expecting the call.

What shape of call does the agent suit?

  • One question, one next step. The agent is at its best when the caller can answer in a word and the outcome is a tag or a callback.
  • Short. Average call length on live campaigns is 28 seconds. Long explanations lose Indian callers, so anything that needs a quote, a negotiation or a form belongs to your team's callback.
  • Repeated. A list of hundreds or thousands, called the same polite way every time, with unanswered dials retried and never billed.

What will Samparkk not do?

  • Collections or payment follow-up. The agent never asks for a payment, an OTP, a PAN or a card number. This guardrail is fixed and not editable per script.
  • KYC or identity verification. Same guardrail. The agent can remind someone that a step is pending and book a callback; it does not collect the data.
  • Live transfer to a person. Hand-off is a booked callback at the time the caller asks for, with the transcript attached. A warm transfer mid-call is not offered.

Related questions

Can one agent run more than one use case?

Each use case is its own script with its own persona, opening question and outcome tags. A second script is a one-time ₹15,000, and campaigns choose the script.

Is a service check-in a sales call?

No. The agent never pitches on a service call. Its only job is to find out whether the customer is being looked after and to book an executive callback if not.

Which use case should a pilot start with?

The one where you already have a list and a person who will take the callbacks. Service check-ins and lead qualification both show results in the first week because the outcome tags arrive as the calls end.
